I moved to Big Bear with my husband in April 1977. I started working for Spencer Real Estate on June 1st 1977 as a secretary and eventually the office manager. I received my Real Estate license in the summer of 1978. I worked as office manager until 1990. I then went to Coldwell Banker and worked as their office manager for 3 years. I decided at that time to become a loan consultant and worked for Director’s Mortgage. I revived my Mortgage Banking Certificate thru San Bernardino University in August 1994. I worked for a top selling agent as his assistant before coming back to Spencer Real Estate in September of 1998 to sell Real Estate.
